Sending Posts via Email

Do you want to send a post via email to remind members or to notify unregistered members about beUnity? No problem!

1. Go to the post in beUnity that you want to send.
2. Click on the three dots at the bottom right of the post.
3. Select "Send via Email."
4. Add an additional message, which will appear above the post in the email.
5. Choose whether the email should be sent to members and/or to pending invitations.
6. Click Send.

Can't send posts via email? The administrator needs to enable this function first:

1. Go to the settings of the community or group.
2. Click on "Advanced."
3. Enable the function and decide who is allowed to send posts via email.

Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise customers.
