Do you want to send a post via email to remind members or to notify unregistered members about beUnity? No problem!
- Go to the post in beUnity that you want to send.
- Click on the three dots at the bottom right of the post.
- Select "Send via Email."
- Add an additional message, which will appear above the post in the email.
- Choose whether the email should be sent to members and/or to pending invitations.
- Click Send.
Can't send posts via email? The administrator needs to enable this function first:
- Go to the settings of the community or group.
- Click on "Advanced."
- Enable the function and decide who is allowed to send posts via email.
Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise customers.
