      I cannot download documents or images (Android)

      Do you want to download documents or images from beUnity to your smartphone, but nothing happens? This is probably due to an incorrect setting on your device.

      Android devices have a setting option that prohibits certain apps from saving files or photos on your smartphone. To fix this, you need to perform the following steps:

      1. Open the settings of your smartphone
      2. Select the "Apps" menu item
      3. Click on the beUnity app in the list
      4. Click on "Permissions"
      5. Allow beUnity to access your files and media (and camera), otherwise they cannot be downloaded from beUnity
