Do you have a list of all your members' email addresses and want to invite them to the community or to a group in one go? This is possible with the help of a CSV import. This way, all members receive an email and only have to set a password via the personalized link to join the community.
If you have created individual fields that the members have to fill in, you can also fill these in for the members via CSV import. How this works is explained directly in the app.
- Click on "Members" in the Community or a group
- Select "Invite members"
- Select "Invitation Lists" in the menu (if this item is not displayed, first carry out the steps "Activate Invitation Lists (see below)")
- Click on "Add" at the bottom
- Upload a CSV file (how this file should look like is explained directly in the app)
- Select the name of the list and enter a text to be displayed in the email to the members.
- If the list is valid, select "Next step"
- Check the email and the list and click on "Confirm and send".
- The members will now receive an email which they can use to register.
- Open the community settings
- Click on "Members"
- Activate "Invitation lists"
