I have not received a verification email

In rare cases, you may not receive your verification email immediately. There is no need to panic. It just means that our computers are very busy at the moment or an update is being carried out. 

Before you wait too long, you can check your spam folder. If you find the activation email there, you can uncheck the junk mailbox so that future messages from us will appear regularly in your mailbox.

If you don't find an email from beUnity in your spam folder either, you can simply have it resent to you:

  1. Click on your name at the top right (desktop) or open the navigation at the top left on your smartphone (three dashes) and then click on User account.
  2. Select "Personal"
  3. Click on the link "Resend activation e-mail to..." under Your e-mail address and a new e-mail will be sent to you.
