I am not receiving push notifications anymore. What could be the reason?

Have you downloaded the beUnity app but are not receiving push notifications? Here is the solution.

Step 1
Ensure you have enabled notifications in the beUnity app.
  1. Open beUnity
  2. Go to your user account (on a computer, click on the name at the top right; on a smartphone, use the menu icon at the top left)
  3. Click on "Notifications"
  4. Enable push notifications
  5. Click "Save" at the bottom

 

Step 2 (Android)

  1. Open your smartphone's settings
  2. Select "Apps"
  3. In the list, click on the beUnity app
  4. Click on "Notifications"
  5. Enable notifications and adjust them according to your preferences

 

Step 2 (iPhone)

  1. Open your smartphone's settings
  2. Select "Notifications"
  3. In the list, click on the beUnity app
  4. Allow sending of notifications and adjust them according to your preferences
