How does the survey function work?

When you create a survey on beUnity, you have a variety of options to design it the way you need it.

In addition to the title and the description, you can first enter the poll options. Two options are displayed by default. If you want to add more options, you can click on Add options. If you want to remove options, you can click on the cross symbol behind the option.

Next, you can choose whether the results should be visible or not by checking the corresponding box. If the check mark is set, the results are displayed in the form of progress bars and percentages.

You can also decide under Survey Activated whether more participants can vote or whether the poll is already finished.

Under Multiple choices possible, you can select whether users can select several answers or only one. This setting cannot be changed once the poll has been published.

There are also different choices for the survey type:

  • Participants and their votes are visible to all
  • Participants are visible to everyone, votes are only visible to the survey creator.
  • Participants and their votes are only visible to the creator of the survey.
  • Participants are only visible to the survey creator, votes are not visible to anyone
  • Participants and their votes are not visible to anyone.

This setting can also no longer be changed after the survey has been published.

Finally, you can add a picture or an attachment to your survey and upload it by clicking on Publish.
