A list of helpers is used, among other things, to organize events or coordinate tasks.
This is how you create a list of helpers:
Create a new post and select "Helper list". Set a title and write a suitable description to explain to the other group members what it is about. Under "List", the desired selection options are listed. To add a new item, click on "Add answer option".
You have the following options for the helper list:
Set target: Here you can select whether a certain number is required for this selection option (e.g. 6 cakes for a party).
Amount: Here you can set that the same person can register several times for each selection option (e.g. one person wants to bring 3 cakes).
If you want to deactivate the helpers list, uncheck the box "Helpers list activated". You can also add a picture and an attachment and decide whether the post can be commented on.
