How can I organize documents in the data file system?

The folder structure in the data file system is regulated with so-called "tags". A "tag" is like a label or folder that is added to a document in the data file and can then be found again under this "tag". Several such "tags" can also be added, which is indirectly equivalent to a subfolder and makes it easier to search for them.

To add a "tag" to a file, you can click on a document in the data file and then enter the desired name of the folder in the information under "Tags".
