View and Export Attendance List

The attendance list on beUnity gives you an overview of your members’ participation. You can either view it directly online or download it as a file.

Steps:

  1. Go to the settings of your group or community.
  2. Click on “Events”.
  3. Select the desired time period for which you want to view attendance.
  4. You can now:
    • View the attendance list directly on beUnity, or
    • Download it as a file (export).

Note

The export allows you to use the attendance data in Excel or other programs.
