Importing Groups Made Easy

For large organizations, the ability to implement group structures by uploading a CSV file into beUnity quickly and easily is a real game-changer.

Capture all your groups in a prepared Excel sheet and create the groups in a few seconds.

1. Have the beUnity team enable the function.
2. In the community settings under "Groups," activate the import.
3. Go to "Groups" in the community.
4. In the group import field, click on "Start."
5. Download and open the example CSV.
6. Insert the desired groups.
7. Add the new CSV to beUnity.
8. Perform the described steps.
