How do I start a new chat?

In the upper right corner, there is a speech bubble next to the bell. This must be clicked on.

As soon as this is clicked, the speech bubble opens and the various chats appear. Above the chats, it now says "Start a new chat" on the right. (On the smartphone, there is a white plus on a blue background at the bottom right).

Once this field has been selected, you can search for your desired community member and start a new chat.
